Tony brings an extensive commercial, residential and risk banking background, that commenced in 1985, and has since led him to work across 5 country’s including Australia, Cook Islands, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Hong Kong. Over this time he has undertaken several senior management regional roles for ANZ Bank that allowed him to gain valuable detailed insights into the Asian, European, and US markets. Tony is active in local tennis and is involved in volunteering his time on both the Gosford and Regional tennis committees.

Ben Butler is a Gold Coast-based finance professional with a background in business, customer service and sport. Originally from Inverell NSW, Ben joined AAP Finance Brokers in 2026 to continue learning and expanding his career in finance while currently completing his Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking. Prior to finance broking, Ben studied in Indiana, USA and completed a Bachelor of Business and Enterprise at Southern Cross University.

He is passionate about helping clients find finance solutions that suit their needs. Ben’s sporting interests include Golf where alongside his studies he also works at the Palm Meadows Golf Course Pro shop.

Nick de Vivo joined AAP Finance Central Coast in 2024 after returning from college studies in Florida, USA. Since then, he has completed his Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and continues to build his knowledge and experience in the finance industry. In August 2026, Nick completed his two-year broker apprenticeship with CCGT before joining our Gold Coast-based AAP Finance Brokers team.

Nick supports Tony across a range of client transactions and has quickly become a valued member of the AAP Finance team. Before his career in finance, he competed professionally in tennis and continues to play and coach.
