Tony Haworth

Partner, Finance Broker

Tony brings an extensive commercial, residential and risk banking background, that commenced in 1985, and has since led him to work across 5 country’s including Australia, Cook Islands, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Hong Kong. Over this time he has undertaken several senior management regional roles for ANZ Bank that allowed him to gain valuable detailed insights into the Asian, European, and US markets. Tony is active in local tennis and is involved in volunteering his time on both the Gosford and Regional tennis committees.

Lisa Holt

Partner, Finance Broker

Lisa has over 29 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry on the Central Coast. She has a Diploma in Business and has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Her extensive experience in Residential and Commercial Leasing, Office Management and Real Estate Sales is a great asset to the team. Lisa commenced with AAP Finance Brokers in October 2016 and has worked as the groups business admin manager since this time. Lisa and her family play local soccer and netball while also an active committee member for both sports.

Anthony Ryan

Brett joined AAP after a 35-year career in banking, the last 25 years of which have been based on the Central Coast where he developed a loyal following of clients from his role as a home loan manager. Tania Harrison

Broker Analyst

Tania joins AAP Finance Brokers as our Broker Analyst, after a 34 Year career with ANZ Bank. She has lived on the Central Coast for over 37 years. The last 28 Years has been in the commercial banking arm of ANZ, assisting business owners with their ongoing commercial and personal finance requirements. Tania most recently specialised in Asset and Equipment finance and loves seeing customers securing new assets to assist their business needs. Tania has a passion for helping customers navigate their way through finance applications and processes.

Nick de Vivo

Intern Broker

Nick de Vivo joined AAP Finance Central Coast in 2024 after returning from college studies in Florida, USA. He has since completed his Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and is continuing his studies in the finance industry.

Nick supports Tony across a range of client transactions and has quickly become a valued member of the AAP Finance team. Before his career in finance, he competed professionally in tennis and continues to play and coach. A Central Coast local, Nick completed his schooling at Brisbane Water Secondary College and remains actively involved in the community.

Ben Butler

Intern Broker

Ben Butler is a Gold Coast-based finance professional with a background in business, customer service and sport. Originally from Inverell NSW, Ben joined AAP Finance Brokers in 2026 to continue learning and expanding his career in finance while currently completing his Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking. Prior to finance broking, Ben studied in Indiana, USA and completed a Bachelor of Business and Enterprise at Southern Cross University.

He is passionate about helping clients find finance solutions that suit their needs. Ben’s sporting interests include Golf where alongside his studies he also works at the Palm Meadows Golf Course Pro shop.
