Set against the backdrop of the beautiful Hunter Valley, our 2026 Conference brought the group together to reflect, plan, and strengthen what makes AAP unique.
At the core of our discussions was culture. Continuing to build a network where helping each other succeed isn’t just encouraged, it’s expected. When one business grows, we all grow.
We also took a deep dive into the evolving role of AI across our industry, alongside the importance of cybersecurity. A big thank you to our IT partners at Saxons and insights from AFG, helping us better understand the technology shaping our future and how to apply it across our businesses.
With a clear focus on the next 12 months, the energy in the room was about forward momentum, refining strategy, embracing innovation, and continuing to deliver value.
We celebrated a special milestone, Glen’s retirement, marked with a farewell dinner – also attended by his wife, Jo. It was an evening of great food, wine, and stories – the perfect way to recognise their contribution to our whole group, and we wish them both all the very best for this next chapter.
