Given the English are playing cricket in Hobart I thought our next visit would be Tassie. Tasmania has 2 suburbs that are in the top 10 nationally – Battery Point and New Town. These 2 suburbs showed 25%+ increases over the year. If you are thinking of buying the remaining 8 top suburbs are Cygnet, Bellerive, Montello, Shearwater, Midway Point, Kingston Beach, Wynyard and Perth.
