Capital Growth or Yield?
I spoke with a friend of mine last night to discuss what he should do – pay down debt by selling and buying back into a growing market or making his current investment work by being cash flow positive. Both options are proven wealth creation strategies. Your personal financial circumstances should determine your strategies, but remember before you buy your first property make sure what strategy best suits you and then stick to it.
